New!! The Fleet Feet Brick Workout Challenge: 40k bikefollowed by a 5k run
Hello Triathletes, Duathletes and cross-trainers!
We now have a Brick Training Option as part of the Sunflower Revolution! A “brick” workout is a bike ride followed by a run. This is a common training exercise for triathletes and duathletes to train the legs to adapt to the bike to run transition. It’s called a brick, because your legs usually feel like bricks in the early part of the run!
We will have a secure transition area for your bike/run shoes/etc. and best part of all, the cost is the same as the bike ride.
