New!! The Fleet Feet Brick Challenge: 40k bike followed by a 5k run!!

Hello Triathletes, Duathletes and cross-trainers!!!

We now have a Brick Training Option as part of the Sunflower Revolution!  A “brick” workout is a bike ride followed by a run.  This is a common training exercise for tri-athletes and du-athletes to train the legs to adapt to the bike to run transition.  It’s called a brick, because your legs usually feel like bricks in the early part of the run! We will have a secure transition area for your bike/run shoes/etc. and best part of all cost is the same as the bike ride.
